New to the forum and wondering. How many folks have a relative who’s recently fallen ill and now have multiple doctors and providers? Any one having a hard time keeping track of all the care going on?

a binder with all their info and a small calendar book in it is the best thing. in the binder, you only need a few pages - medications, doctors' contact info, allergies and special important info, insurance and pharmacy info... it should help out - and a little calendar book kept me sane. :)
