My case:

My wife was diagnosed with Glioblastoma IV in September 2012. The edema size was 4.5 cm located in the brain left pariental zone. the Oncologists or the National Cancer Institute remove almost it as far as 95%. Then she start the usual radiotherapy and quimiotherapy ( Temdal or TMZ) 100mg per day.

She had almost 40 days without any medicine their progress
was good.

At the end of radiotherapy Dr. request a MRI screen test
and after that test she start feeling strong pain headeaches
I went to the Dr. and he decide to stop the radiation because the presence of a very serious inflation in the middle of the brain a place completely different from the trauma original area.

Dr. suggest me high dose of paracetamol 1gr. but was not enough to stop the cefaleas and vomiting. So we have advised by another neurologist to give her Chlrydrate of Lyzine a tab to stop pain, and it works partially. In addition
dr suggest Iboprofeno 600mg (three pills each of 200 mg)
but was not so effective to keep pain under control.

So in this desperate situation, when Drs just suggest to stop the radiation and quimiotherapy. But the only provide me paracetamol to calm the strong pain.

So I decided to looks for alternative treatments for brain tumors and I find at least three natural treatments as
the Johana Budwig Nobel Prize for seven times and with over 50 years of research about tumors and cancer alternative treatments.

Then I find Dr.Linus Carl Pauling and Vitamin C treatments on cancer ( Dr. Linus earn two times the Nobel Prize)

And finally I found Indian famous Drfrom Calcutta (Kolkata), Dr. Prasanta Banerji who have a very interesting treatment on this kind of disease.

I will very much appreciate any news or comments about alternative treatmens to complement the prescription medicines in special pain control (Head aches or cefaleas)

My wiife it is a very strong person who have been involved in gyms life for over two hours a day for over five years.
I m actually giving to her a diet based in vegetables, fruits no sugar, natural fish oil.

At breakfast she takes a high dose of vitamin "C"
she also like to have some milk with some vitamins mix
she also have cottage cheese with flax seeds. and I will to

get the India Homepathic products to support their natural treatment.

Your comments or experiences with alternative products will be very much appreciated

Trying to read through all the spelling issues was tough.  i am assuming that you mean the tumoras  4.5 cm.  Edema is the sweling of the brain which is more than likely causeing the headaches and pain.  Where is she being treated at?? There is no evidence that alt med actually do something.  Get her into a good camcer center that has a nero omcologist that will help greatly

Please apolgogize for all misspelings.

My wife she is 63 years old she was diagnosed with a malign tumor and it was quirugical removed almost 95% she inmediatly receive the quimiotherapy ( TMZ or temodal ) then she receive the radiotherapy for over 15 days. Dr ., remove al prescription medicines in January, but she receive the second dose of quimiotherapy so we have almost 40 days very well.

In the first days of February Dr suggest a blood test and an MRI. that was in February 4 then in the same night she was experience a very painful situation so I return back to the hospital the Drs suggest to return to the original prescription medicines.

The tumor was remove in one of the best Cancer Hospitals in Latin America in  Peru .

The medical treatment was a mix of quimiotherapy and radiotherapy or Linear acelerator.

Finally after to have two meetings with doctors I do not receive  to much hope. only to improve their quality of life.

So since the so called scientif medicine does not offer nothing to solve the main problem, I was exploring as many others patients in the world alternative natural treatments

that maybe extend my wife life and improve the living quality.

I find three sites with some quite serious information about natural treatments as I mention in my other email. The Budwig Protocol, Linus Paulin and Vitamin C, and Finaly I found a very interesting literature about an Indian Dr who that also have a natural treatment based in the Banerji Protocol.  That offer at least a hope in the middle of the darkness.  Dr. Banerji in the Cancer Institute in India he is an specialist in Homeopatic medicine for Tumors

The tomor have been removed at one of the most prestigious institutions in Peru. the INEN formerly as the Cancer Institute

the team fo doctors who perform the extraction was headed by a Dr who  was responsible of her case have a large experience  as successful 890 cases.

The fact is doctors or medical science does not offer a real solution to the problem they just talk about about the time that my wife will survive.

I m married with her over 43 years and we have a beautiful family two boys and two girls.

I m a strong believer in the power of God and Jesus and he is my only hope at the present time but will start to use
three of the most convinced or trustful treatments together with my prays.

Unfortunately people in this forum are patients that they are fighting agains a fierce enemy but I cannot find survivers to this kind of disease or other experiences  as I mention

Before regarding other protocols.

I bveleive that there most be a lot of survivor in this world but maybe not interested to share their experiences because they are already healthy.

Comments and tips are very much appreciated

Yes she is actually taking "dex" three times a day to reduce the inflamation an eliminate the strong cefaleas.

My wife was without any medication for over 40 days according the Radiotherapist untill the second week of January then the second dose was programed to the third week of Feb. but it was suspended due that my wife was feeling very bad after the last MRI that was taken on Feb 4.

In brief I have meetings with three onco specialists including
an onco neurologist and they say the same. I mean the survival time it is between 6 to 18 weeks no more. they told

me that they can only provide life quality. So I think that there must be a lot of survivors around, but they are no more interesting to talk or chat about their bad or successful experiences.

But I will keep searching alternative solutions I think that there must be some where a happy solution.

There are several longterm survivors who post on this board-- five years, 20 years. You will find them if you scroll through the posts here. Pero la lastima es que eso no significa nada a su propio caso. Every case is different. Is Avastin available in Peru? In the US it's what's usually given on recurrence of glioblastoma, and though it doesn't work for everybody, for some people it works better than the Temodar. I also recommend berberine, which is available over the counter in the US, don't know about Peru. Check out the website www.virtualtrials.com . You will find many longterm survivor stories there if you want them, and also a long downloadable document about herbal treatments.

Scorpion venom? It's true that chlorotoxin from the deathstalker scorpion is being investigated as a possible treatment for glioma. Hopefully it'll go somewhere. But what you can buy right now-- is it regulated? Is it from some other kinds of scorpions? I'd be more inclined to try out avastin first.
