Hello, I have my little brother going through treatment for leukemia again. His bone marrow right now is completely gone, nothing is producing inside of there. Plus he has a fungal yeast infection. Unfortunately right now his immune system isn't functioning well either. I want to know if any of you have advice, they told us that the fungal infection may have spread all over his body, and he has serious water inflammation. They said that his chances are slim and we are giving him omniopatic pills to give him support to bring back the white cells. But they aren't giving him chemo right now because it would harm him. Do any of you guys have any information on anything that might or will help him in this? His name is Alfredo Calderon, he is being treated in M.D. Anderson cancer center. Let me know immediately.
