Date: 10/29/2006 I am in recovery from 8 weeks of radiation and 3 sessions of chemo and all I want to do is eat real food again. I am starting to slowly eat solids again but I am like a baby learning how to eat. I could not have surgery because mine was so advanced. If you go to 360.yahoo.com/.survivor32t I talk about my cancer alot in my blog. But I think if you talk to your doctor and let them know your feelings on surgery then maybe they can just do the radiation and chemo. If you have anymore questions please just ask. I get my second pet scan Jan. 2 and I worry about it every day. I think we will always worry and no one understands in our family the mental stress we feel. Only us survivors know how we each feel and think.
