Hello.
I had my first chemo treatment on Halloween. I am very tired.
But the one of the side effects from the chemo is really itchy
hands and feet and well everywhere. Does anyone have any
suggestions?

I too have very dry and itchy skin due to radiation and chemo. The best product I found that was suggested by the nurses is Auqaphor. It's available in any pharmacy. It's very good and helps.

Hello Kabonna,

Sorry that this response is a bit dated but I thought it was important to recommend a Lindi Skin product specficially formulated to address the hands and feet.  Our Lindi Soothing Balm can be found on our website or at a local retailer or hospital cancer center.  You can locate a store near you by checking with our website store locator.  The Lindi Soothing Balm is described as follows:

Originally formulated for Palmar/Planter Erythrodysesthesia (Hand/Foot Syndrome), Lindi Soothing Balm is a highly emollient treatment for intensely dehydrated areas of the skin.

With an abundance of avocado oil, Soothing Balm is especially beneficial to painful, cracked and peeling skin. It should be used after washing with Lindi Body Wash, while skin is still damp, but can be reapplied as often as needed.

Our products are specifically made for patients undergoing or recovering from chemotherapy, radiation therapy and other targeted treatments that product side effects on the skin.
