Thank You

I wanted to thank everyone on this website that has given me advice and a place to turn to for information. It has been so helpful to me over the last 4 1/2 months.

The love of my life passed away yesterday morning. She went peacefully and without pain. I am thankful to God for this. Very seldom in our lives do we meet someone that changes who we are as a person. She was my gift from God and am eternally grateful that I even got to know her and love her.

Thank you again everyone, you have really been a source of inspiration for me.

You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Sorry for your loss. Someone once told me that God picks the most beautiful of His blossoms to join him at his table.

Dean I am so sorry to hear your news. My heart breaks for you. How lucky she was to have had you in her life. I can only hope that when I am called home that I will go knowing how loved I was. I am sure she felt the same way about you. You are in my prayers. God Bless and take care. Mary

I'm so so sorry to read about your loss. I can tell from your postings that you loved her very dearly. I also feel that each of you provided significant comfort to one another during this tough journey. You are in my wife's and my prayers.

I am new to this illness and to the website. I want to express my sincere simpathies to you for your loss. I have gotten such support in a short time and such comfort from reading the messages and can only hope and pray that you have also. I am sure that your wife was a very special person, and even though I didn't know her, she picked you for a partner. Not all partners/husbands/wives take such care of their loved ones.

I thought last week they were planning to move her to a nursing facility, and that she had several months at least. This is terrible news. I think if I remember right, she was suffering quite a bit from what you wrote in your note last week. at least now she is no longer in pain, even if those she leaves behind are.
