im Engaged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

guys! hi! im engaged!!! it happened yesterday!!! adam slept over saturday and then i went to teach my hebrew school class sunday morning and he went home. i came home- turns out he never left!!!!!!!!!! as i opened the door i heard our song playing, long-stemmed roses were lining my hallway and bedroom; i've never seen sooooooo many flowers! there were red, pink, and white petals e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e!!!!!!!!!! adam was in the center of the room on one knee with a gorgeous ring: a diamond pear shaped ring with 2 baguettes on the side! i was hysterical! he was crying! we called everyone!!!!!! as he was proposing, my dad wheeled my mom into the room so she witness every moment of it- it was so amazing! ahhhah!!!!!!!!!!! As for her GBM-wise, things are stable. December 19th will mark ONE year since (unoffical/CT Scan only) diagnosis and January 11 will be one year since surgery. She's in a wheelchair but can, with assiatance, walk to the toilet. She's getting PT twice a week and we're up to 800mgs of Gleevec with 1000mgs of Hydrea. She's doing well. Tired, but she's fine overall. Im sorry I've neglected to post in a few weeks! Previous to the great news, I was SICK! I HAD BRONCHITIS, was given codeine which made me throw up everywhere- I had an adverse reaction which included a lovely rash and itching everywhere... but that's all done with now.
