Lower Ab Pain

Subject: lower ab pain

I have a pain about 3" my left from my belly button and it seems to shoot all the way down to my left teste where I discover a lump about the size of a little bigger than a BB. but ever thing that I have read suggest that the lump should be painless and mine hurts like someone kicked me and never pulled there foot away.
