hi everyone,i really hope somebody can give me some advice.ive had chronic idiopathic neutropenia for 2 years and have had countless blood tests with everything you can think of coming back negative.i havent had a bmb as my consultant has been happy to put this off as i am terrified of needles.my neutrophil count is currently 0.4 and hasnt been higher than that the whole time.this was discovered through routine blood tests when i was pregnant.ive not really been told much by consultant why my counts are so low,he is just keeping an eye on things.what im worried about is my last blood test came back saying "neutrophils show left shift".im not too sure what this means and im really worried as ive read that neutropenia is linked to lgl.has anyone had blood counts the same as me before being diagnosed?is it right that it might progress to leukemia?i would really appreciate your advice..thanks for reading.
