Pankreas CA/ CARCTOL

Is there anyone out there who benefits CARCTOL although suffering from ascites (i.e fluid on the stomach area and terminal level of the ca )

pls help me urgently

carctol is a herbal remedy with unproven benefit.  As you know, the company says that it doesnt work as well in patient with ascities.
