After Treatment Fingernails Turning Black

Subject: after treatment fingernails turning black
Date: 01/24/2007

My father had treatment for Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and finished his chemo in December, and now his fingernails are turning black.

Has anyone heard of this or experienced this?

I had Leukemia and after my treatment I nails became very brittle and ended up falling off. His fingernails could just be dying, and may fall off, but should grow back. However, I would ask a doctor!
