The pill form is a waste of $$$. The reason flaxseed oil helps with cancer is that it can be made water soluble by a protein high in sulphur, namely cottage cheese. FSO capsules are like any oil that when subjected to too much time on the shelf, lack of refrigeration, or any other compromise will produce free radicals and become harmful. It is always better for cancer sufferers to buy the freshest of flaxseed oil--that is, one of the brands you will find refrigerated in a black bottle and ALWAYS grind your flaxseed fresh and use them within 10 minutes or they will start becoming rancid. NEVER buy flaxseed meal. You would be throwing your money down the drain. And keep in mind that the electron activity in flax is destroyed by heating, and that the electrons are what are carrying the O2 to the cells.
