Plain old whey protein will do the trick. You can also take 600 mg of selenium from high selenium yeast (other selenium sources should not be used. Don't use in case of yeast allergy.) with the protein powder and the super antioxidant, seleno-methionine will form.
This, however, isn't always what you want. Generally, seleno-methionine modulates for a balanced immune response, but things don't always work right after a person gets sick. It is far easier to stay well than be cured.
Seleno-methionine is very effective in preventing cancer, and fighting pathogenic illness, even Candida yeast overgrowth, which is a problem with chronic illness, and cripples the ability of the immune system to fight illness. My opinion is in favor of the protein powder/selenium combo for fighting cancer.
