hi there i'm new here.
I am 22 years old and have never been sexually active. Over the past two years i have been getting painful lower abdominal pain around my ovulation time and just recently have began spotting at this time. i'm a nurse and felt that something wasn't right. I have lost weight recently and look very pale according to my colleagues. A few days ago i found a hard lump at the top of my cervix. I am trying to convince myself it is just a polyp or cyst. I have an appt with my doctor on friday. i'm really worried it might be something more sinister anyone else have these symptoms?
