Hi,

My daughter has received a great deal of chemotherapy over the last 4 years for recurrent wilms' tumor. Her platelets are very low while she is on treatment and she needs platelet transfusions every 3 or 4 days. Does anyone know of a drug or natural solution to low platelets? thank you

Bonnie

my platlet levels were at 75K after the first round of sutent. while i was off the sutent for 2 weeks my levels raised to 190K i was juicing with vegetable juice 3 times a day, now i'm no dr and i don't know if this will work for your girl. i would however recommend you speak to a nutritionist  i have contacted a nutrition/ongologist her name is Dr kim she is affiliated with CTCA.
