My Mother- In - Law Will Not Eat Solid Food, Soups, Etc.

My Mother- in - Law  will not eat solid Food, soups,etc. once in awhile she  may eat a half a slice of pizza.  She suppose to  drink  Ensure plus 6 per day shes been getting better with that, but she rarely drinks water and she doesnt think she needs to take her medicine that helps increase her appetite. she has had to have 3 blood transfusions  and has had to delay last weeks chemo treatment plus two others  do to weight loss. she wakes up during the night asking if the kids are still sleeping, we have know kids here, last week about 1:30 am I heard alot of noise comming from her room when i went to check on her  she had taken all the pictures off her bedroom wall ,cleared her nightstands and was moving them to the hallway I asked her what she was doing and she said she was moving this stuff out because they aneeded room for the new bed. she has nsclc. her doctor says shes fine, Are  these common side affects of chemo ? am I worring to much? Thankful for any suggestions
