Subject: Not Sure...

I have some small bumbs under my tongue.  They do not vary in color from the rest of my tissue, nore do they hurt.  They're also pretty symetrical on both sides, just confused as to what it could be, these things dont fit any of the symptoms and my mouth feels great. Any Ideas on what it could be? Thanks
