Hepatocellular Ca is thankfully a rare cancer in the states, worldwide it is more common due to poor sanitation and certain paracytes.  Only treatment is surgery and radiation.  There was a study at Johns Hopkins using antibodies to Ferritin (some HCC concentrate this protein)  They attached a radioisotope to deliver highly localizes irradiation to the tumor.  I will need to look it up again but the study was done by Stanely Order MD.  I don't know if radiofrequency has been tried or not.
