Post Carac Red Blotches

Subject: post Carac red blotches

Please, does anyone know how to diminish the ugly red blotches resulting from Carac use on hands and forearms?

I finished treatment over three weeks ago.  I treated partial area of my face at the same time.  My face still has discolored areas but nothing like my arms and hands. 

I would really appreciate hearing from anyone with similar experience.
