Well just in case you haven't already been to a doc...you might want to. Any time you have a lump from no known injury..you should have it checked by your doc. Any time a node is involved it could be something that is secondary. If you have had issues with your teeth...like an abcess you can get swollen in that area. But do some self diagnosis and try to write down any changes in your body that you may not see as results from the Jaw....things can cause other things to act up.
