I am new to this message board, but have been interested in the questions and responses regarding Vitamin C IV therapy since I work in an Integrative Medicine in Alaska where we utilize the Vitamin C IV therapy. One of the things the patients we have been treating with the Vitamin C IV therapy has noticed is a decreased need for pain meds. On another note, we also encourage the use of is Lugols Iodine daily (orally, in a persons favorite beverage). Iodine is utilized by the thyroid and breasts, and it has been proven that many women with breast cancer are quite deficient in iodine. Another important vitamin that we have found to have an impact in health in general that people with cancer have been found to be deficient in is Vitamin D. It has been proven that deficiencies in this vitamin is a contributing factor to cancer. Deficiencty is especially common in folks north of the equator so I would encourage you to ask your physician about those methods of treatment as well. Good luck on your journey to wellness.
