Hello Sammy36 I would not presume to tell you what treatment options you should take but I would suggest that you not make up your mind until you have done research on both traditional and alternative therapies. I have only had experience with alternative therapies even though chemo was recommended by an oncologist that I saw in 2004. I have used diet and supplements etc to bring my immune system back to peak efficiency and have had very good success. If you are interested in having a copy of the protocols I use and some of the websites that are very informative regarding complementary and alternative therapies please send me a private message and I'll send them along to you. The web is also full of information regarding the latest traditional treatments for colon cancer and all of this information will aid you in coming to an informed decision which you should then feel confident in.
Blessings

HelloI am 36 years old and was on a business trip when I doubled over in pain and was rushed to the hospital. I spent 2 weeks on intense antibiotics for what the CT showed to be Chrones Disease. Well I had surgery to remove the inflamed area and they found my colon infected with cancer about a baseball size tumor. So at 36 years old I have Stage III Colon Cancer and don't know whether to use chemotherapy or alternatiave treatments. I understand the survival rate to be 33% for my age of cancer patients. Any Help??
