Sister Has Multiple Myeloma Having First Stem Cell Transplant

Subject: Sister has Multiple Myeloma having First Stem Cell Transplant
Date: 05/26/2007

My sister is going to have her Stem Cell Transplant .  I am one of her caregivers.  I will be staying with her in Little Rock , Arkansas .  She has been getting all her treatments from the University Hospital of Arkansas. 

 My sister normally resides in Tampa, Florida.  I am from Long Island, New York. 

I am getting nervous this is her only chance at survival.  Does anyone have any experience with this type of Cancer as a caregiver after a Stem Cell Transplant?
