You're welcome Jo x - I did finally remember that my dog's particular mix of drugs was Tamoxifin (a breast cancer medicine to target blood supply and production of blood vessels to the tumors), doxycycline for the antibiotic for the immune system and celebrex for anti-inflammatory. My vet called them in to my local pharmacy. Thanks for your sympathies regarding my beloved dog, but what you don't know is I just lost my Dad to esophageal cancer on June 4. It was very rapid - he was misdiagnosed as having thyroid cancer in the beginning of March and in a few short weeks had a feeding tube, lost about 30lbs., then a tracheostomy - he couldn't even swallow his own saliva or speak because the tumor was paralyzing his vocal chords. Long story short, his first round of chemo, killed his intestines, colin and liver and fortunately, he passed very peacefully. I feel it was divine intervention and God's way of ensuring my Dad did not have to endure the horrible end stage of that cancer. Like my dog four years ago, my Dad never had any pain (it was horrible, but no pain) except the last day. I was able to intervene on behalf of my wonderful dog to ensure he did not suffer, and God intervened for my Dad to ensure the same. Anyway, good luck and remember that sometimes we have to look in different directions for miracles. Karen
