I have this spot on my leg that started out looking like a freckle. It got darker and itched then it turned black and I scratched it off. I thought it was some sort of scab at the time. It came back. and now it hurts I scratched it off again without thinking. it isn't more then 2mm in diameter so I haven't been worried about it . but the pain is really anoying because it is kind of a burning pain I was wondering if anyone possibly knows what is going on?
