husband said he felt a lump in his testicual and had alot of pain, fluid collection the the L scrotum in addition there are multiple cysts within the epididymis , an ultrasound was done, report just states appromaxitately 20ml bloody meterial drained and sent for culture

states many neutrophils seen many gram positive cocci   occasional gram negative bacilli this was a gram smear

aerobic culture says enterocccus fascalis 

none anaerobis organisms isolated what does all this mean, he was to be seen for a follow up visit in two weeks could this be or mean cancer the areal was swollen ren, pain and where would this blood come from  pease help desperate for an answer thanks
