I have just finished chemo starting out with stage 3 cancer. My cancer marker (ca 125 began at 1200 and after my 5th chemo down to 34)
I had a radical hysterectomy, including the removal of my omentum. There were still sand grains of cancer cells left in my uterus. He was happy with the surgery. My doctor said I have done well after chemo, but this type of cancer is often chemo resistant.
I am a fit 45 year old who has lived and done all the right things health wise.

Could someone share some of their experience with treatment, give me some hope, positive words to hang in there. I am on a bit of a rollercoaster having just finished chemo, regaining my emotional strength and focusing on being positive, accepting a new lifestyle with the word cancer amongst it.
