hi there. i to have the same problem as you and it sure does sound like lymphedema. streching and exercise is the best way i have found for dealing with it. you can get support hose for it to, if it becomes unbearable. i tried this but because of my job i found them to expensive and to hot to deal with. i do very heavy cleaning and my arm is usually swollen by the time i get off. when i get home i do some streches with it. have a hot bath and then rest it till the next day. this seems to keep everything at bay. hope it will help you/
