Subject: Does anyone get bumps on untreated area when touched by mistake

I have just completed day 3 of efudex treatment 5% on my chest, shoulders, a spot on my temple and a spot on my nose.  I have previously had a bcc removed by incision on my chest and a  bcc removed by mohs surgery on my forehead May 30th.   I had several precancerous spots frozen or cryosurgery.  My entire chest is broken out with red spots and blisters, they are already beginning to ooze.  I do have sensitive skin.  The itching is intense and the appearance is like a very bad case of sun poison.  I hope I am not allergic to the cream and that I can continue the 3 week treatment.  One of the things that concern me now is when I touch the treated area because it itches or just unconsciously and then touch another part of my body a red bump appears.  I have several smaller bumps underneath the spot on my nose that I am treating because I rub my nose and then the cream spreads.  I also have a bump on my thigh, and two on one leg and one on the other leg and several on my arms.  I am afraid that this means I have precancerous spots all over.  I wonder if I even have any normal skin cells. The itch is almost unbearable at day 3 and most of the comments I have read say the itch begins around day 9 or after.  I hope I can complete this treatment.
