I had my first appt with a gyn last week after about two months of severe lower back pain,fatigue,bloating,and irregular periods.My gyn ordered a pelvic ultrasound which found a large cyst on my left ovary and a small cyst on my right ovary.I see my gyn again on Wednesday but I don't know if he will remove the cysts or wait and see if they go away on their own.The wait and see approach is not an option with the pain I'm experiencing and I have a family history of cancer.Are large suspicious cysts usually removed and tested?
