my husband had a mass, swellling , and  pain in his scrotum,   felt a lump they tryed to say it was eidertimis or whatever that word is, someone said they hoped it did not have to be drained  why? they did drain it and it had blood in it

have a report that states ijfection has beeon recognized as one of many obstacles to the successful mtg of patients with malignant tumors  aerobic and anaerobic bacteria of endogenous souce are a major cause of ifectiions in the necrotic tumour,  where this bacteria is part of the normal flora althlougj surgical removal of the purulent fluid is preferred this is not alwalys feasible in a paatient with a malilgnant tumor  please explion this and email me your answer  thanks
