Subject: SKEETER'S TUMOR
Date: 08/11/2007

Yesterday, Friday, Aug 10, I learned that Skeeter has a bladder tumor preventing him form passing urine. He had been straining for almost a week with what I thought was a bowel.

He had been having "accidents" in the house which was not like him. He is a 14 year old Springer Spaniel. I've had him since he was 10 weeks old.

I took him to the vet, where he is now. They put a catheter and were able to empty his bladder.

He is currently on an IV, an antibotic and Piroxicam.

I won't know till Monday if he will be able to pass urine on his own.

Those of you that have gone through this, what is his outlook.

I don't know if God answers prayers about dogs, but I am praying.

Any advise of comments you can give will be appreciated
