I have also found this message board a wonderful support and full of useful information. My little Trixie was diagnosed in November with TCC in her urethera tube. She has always been a fussy eater, but trying to get pills tucked into her food became impossible, she must've thought any food was going to have a bitter pill. After reading here I contacted an alternative health vet who told me how and where to get peroxicam compounded into a liquid with beef flavor. This same vet also suggested a liquid vitamin without bad flavor. Now, I can easily give Trixie peroxicam after she has eaten. Pepcid is given with the liquid vitamin. Best of all, yesterday she ate a good meal of chicken, brown rice and broccoli. I will continue to monitor the peroxicam and see how she tolerates this. Thanks to all of you.
