Radical Hysterectomy

Subject: Radical Hysterectomy
Date: 02/17/2005
I had a radical hysterectomy 4 weeks ago. Dr's found a polyp in my cervix, biopsy came back positive. I went through all kinds of test (MRI, CT' PET scan) and thanks to god found nothing else. I have recovered from the surgery pretty good. Started to work (partially) 3 days ago and doing ok.
Dr's do not waant to give me hormones and I do not need chemo and/or radiation.

My questions and or problems are the following:
I am having some bladder problems, incontinence and at night before falling asleep I need to go every five minutes for a few drops.

My biggest problem is that I am getting headaches, I had never had them before and this is quite annoying. I end up taking Tylenol or Advil 2 or 3 times a day.

Overall I feel semi tired and something strange has happened with my appetite and food likings. I have never had a problem in that department, in fact I am extremely overweight. But now I am not eating as much as I used to (that's OK).
The problem is that I don't crave the same foods I used to. I feel nasuated just thinking about foods that I used to eat on a regular basis. I have trouble deciding what to east because I don't crave it. Is this a common problem after such a surgery?

I have always been a very stong and active person, I feel weak and can't even imagine when I will be back to at least 80% of what I was.

Any comments?????? Please help.
