I Really Need Some Answers

Subject: I really need some answers

I'm not sure i have cancer and I can't afford togo to a doctor yet. my systems are severe pain in my right upper part of my back kinda like my rib cage area, and it goes around to the front of my chest. sometimes I feels like I'm on fire and sometimes it feels like I have icy hot on my back. and under my right rob cage hurts so bad. I'm coughing alot and just feel real bad. The doctor checked my liver funtion and it is very good. So he put me on bactrim to see if that would help but it didn't. Now I feel Like my chest is real heavy and I'm having a hard time breathing. I just feel deep inside it so kind of cancer. Could someone tell me if this sounds like cancer? I really need your help.
