Most of this has to do with the chest- I don't see any menntion of the liver- sounds like some bone activity in the hip also. You really should have your MD interpret this for you- can you do that?
There is no specific time in which cancer spreads to the liver, if it does- breat cancer generally spreads to the lungs, bones and brain.
