My dad was diagnosed with stage iv PC with mets to the liver in October 2007. He tried the usual stuff (chemo - gemzar, tarceva) with some early success and even had RFI ablation to get rid of the 2 spots in his liver. He found out today that there appear to be 2-3 new spots growing in his liver. With them being so small, and his tumor marker (ca 19-9) somewhere around 420 he decided to enroll in a trial of tarceva and rad001. He should start soon - have you guys had any new feelings about rad001? Thanks - and many thoughts and prayers to you both.
