My friends surgery is next month. He has a very active sex life at the age of 70. Also is a very active young 70 yr old. I/we are wondering if it is possible to have an erection after robotic surgery? If the nerves get damaged and one is no longer able to get an erection, can they still ejaculate with the right stimulation? All info is appreciated.
