hi thankyou for replying,i find it quite upsetting to read the stories on here now i used to be a lot stronger emontionally,its to late for my mum,we got a 2nd opion @christies hospital manchester a cancer hospital,and were told they couldnt carry out the whipples op,as the tumor is near to tthe portal vein,also my mum is very inflamed when they opend her up,she regained her energey after such a big op,[ failed one].after a few months she got admitted to our local hospital north staffsby emergencey,she had infection new stent replaced regained her energy again to have a shakeing do[riggor]they said.shes been in hospital for 3 months now on and off and has contracted c-diff recovered after few weeks and contracted this again.recently been told she has an absess which they cannot drain,im extremley worriedshe seems to of give up with her food as she finds it hard to swallow and im always exspressing my concern to the nurses to get a team to asess her eating but nothing seems to be getting done,and im tired of asking they dont seem to want to help.its like theyd perfer it if she wasnt in the system satistic to them, loveing,careing mother to me[63 years] and grandmother.
