| I am so sorry for your loss. I'm sure I know how you must have felt, for I feel like I am about to go through the same thing. My mom just went to the doctor to get her blood test results back. The doctor could not tell her if she did in fact have cancer or not. He told her that she had to go for a liver biopsy and from those results he could then tell her. But in the meantime, she is suffering everyday with excruciating pain. It is so hard to watch someone who was once so active become wore out by 9:00 in the morning. Shes found several lumps running up on the outside of her right arm up to the back of her neck. Her fingers have become severley swollen to where the skin is breaking. She has a consultation with the gastrotologist next week but is deathly scared of what may be to come until then. I read your story and when you said that when your mom told you "when she lays still the pain isn't there" That is what she says a lot. I am very scared that if she does have cancer it may be too late. I was wondering if you had any advice to give to her for some peace of mind. Is what she is going through, could it be cancer? Please write me back, for I havent found anything else on the net. Thank you so much and once again I am deeply sorry for your loss. |
