Good Evening Daddy's Girl;

"I too have heard processed meats cause cancer as well as red meats. and what about chicken?   yes?...no?"

I read an article awhile back titled: "Chicken, Cancer in every pot." I can't recall where I read it though. If it comes to me I will pass it along.

Any meat from a pig contain fungus associated with many cancers. Beef, lamb, chicken and turkey contain a variety of different fungi. As do mushrooms. Avoid them.

We need to consume foods high in chhlorophyll. Yellow is also a good color to eat. All root vegetables. Foods that alkalize the body.

My New Year's resolution is to consume more fish. I'm shooting for three times a week. Care to join me?

Take care;

Kevin
