Subject: Does this cancer ever get "cured"
Date: 11/29/2007
I had my right kidney out in 2000 and clean scans until this summer when they noticed a small tumor on my lung and multiple little ones that were  to too small to measure. After 25 days on Sutent the small one shrunk from 1.8 to 1.2cm and some of the tiny ones disappeared totally. My question is can this kind of cancer ever go away totally? Or is it kept from growing by being on Sutent the rest of my life.
