I don't consider the 5% change I would live sufficient justification for the pain caused to them. I guess I know where I'm going if I pass on. I go in for a CT scan on Monday - just curious as to your thoughts on whether I have bile duct cancer - please don't commend on my willingness to receive treatment - in that I am firm.

I had the same symptoms for about a month in early 1998 before diagnosis and biopsy confirming cancer (in my case) and am still around now in 2008. I hope your diagnostic CT scan finds it is not cancer. I gave some details about my case earlier today in other messages, in case you are interested. Annettejb.
