Please Help...Tongue Cancer Question

Subject: Please Help...tongue Cancer Question

I have a growth of tissue on the left side of my tounge. It is located at the back of my tounge. It is not painful and is the same color of my tongue.
It is like a flap of skin that I can wiggle back and forth. It is not round, but flat and extends out.

Does this description sound like a cancerous growth?
