Dear Sandie,

When you say head and throat, I'm not sure what you mean. But I can only tell you from experience what happened to my husband.

He was diagnosed with throat cancer in 1998. He had a laryngectomy, radiation and chemo. Then in late 1999 he had a recurrence. This time it was his tongue and  more of his throat. More surgery & lost 2/3 of his tongue and so much tissue he can no longer swallow or eat. More radiation and more chemo. He endured the chemo but the radiation destroyed everything in his neck. He recently lost his lower jawbone and is deformed. (and he is very vain about his appearance) He can't even swallow is own saliva and lives on Ensure Plus thru a feeding tube in his stomach.

If I had known back then what I know now I would have discouraged him from having these treatments as well as the surgery. Yes, he is still cancer free today but his quality of life is sad.

What I know now is that we should have gone to Mexico or Switzerland for a couple of weeks and then home and continue to detox and boost the immune system until his cancer was under control with a series of natural treatments...diet, elctromagnetic therapy, ozonated water, Essaic tea, MMS and more.  It might have taken a while to get rid of the cancer cells in his body...but we could have done it, I know.  The alternative treatments make good sense to me plus I've spoken to quite a number of people who have cured 4th stage naturally.

Hind sight is 20/20
