My mom was diagnosed with a stage 3C ovarian carcinosarcoma in June of 2007. After surgery and 6 rounds of ifosfomide and cisplatin, she is now showing "no evidence of disease." There is a great yahoo list for uterine and ovarian carcinosarcoma or MMMT (the old term for this rare and aggressive cancer.) We share our experiences but also have members who troll the internet for the most recent research - you might want to check it out.
