Hi DeBest I buy both the Flax oil and the Flax seeds at Costco but they are also available at some large food chains that have an organic section. Most health food stores carry them as well. The Oil is cold pressed organic and is around ten dollars for a 750ML bottle and the package of seeds is around ten dollars as well. These are Canadian prices so if you are in the USA you'll probably find them for less. I not only use the cottage cheese/flax oil as recommended in the Budwig diet daily but I have followed a special diet along with taking many supplements ever since I was diagnosed in May 2004. Since I personally consider chemo and radiation ineffective and also destructive to the immune system I opted out of that type of treatment and have had great success on this alternative path.
