"does Casodex help?"

Yes in majority of cases it will.

Side effects are difficult to gauge with any of these treatments: most men have few or mild issues while others have more acute problems, especially at first.

Things which might assist with side effects are:  time, medication change, lifestyle improvement, diet, nutrition, supplements, remaining active.
