I
underwent HIFU (high intensity focused ultra sound) treatment last May,
to a wonderful outcome. At this point - 8 months after treatment I
register a .08 on the PSA and my urologist has said that the prostate
gland is hard to find with the digital rectal exam I guess it has
shrunk considerably... No problems in the continence area and the
sexual function is operational although spontaneous erections are a
thing of the past, I have the ability to achieve an erection with
direct stimulation and of course there is no seminal fluid on climax
just the feeling and spasm but no fluid, and subsequently no mess
either. ;)
