and there is "something" to the pH thing: cancer cells cannot live in an alkaline environment. As you may suspect, wine is acidifying. I wrote mainly to suggest that you may enjoy your green drink, & its many benefits, more if it is not alkalized, as the salivary enzymes, interacting with the enzyme(s) of food are activated by the stomach's HCl...alkalizing the food can retard this process, which is not, I'm certain, consistent with your objectives. I wish I could send everyone a copy of Dr. Robbins' book, Juicing For Health, as the 100 -or-so simple formulae are so easy, and delicious, the juicing
